Requesting a Computer Account at the Mathematics Department

The UofT Mathematics department offers computer accounts to faculty, postdocs, and graduate students. Please fill out this form in order to obtain a computer account which will allow you to login into our "coxeter" file server, provide you an @math.utoronto.ca email adddress, and give you access to other IT services offered by the department. You can print out the form and take it to the reception desk at BA6290 on the 6th floor of the Bahen Centre at 40 St. George St., or email it to requests@math.utoronto.ca.

Note that both you and your supervisor must sign the application, though an email from the latter (to requests@math.utoronto.ca) in lieu of a physical signature also suffices.

Once approved you will receive an onboarding email with detailed instructions on how to finish setting up the account.
